xb99 Terms & Conditions — Your Right to Know

01 Definitions & Interpretation

The following terms used in these Terms carry specific meanings:

• "Platform" — The xb99 website, mobile version, and all associated services.
• "User" or "Member" — Any person who has registered an account on xb99 or is using the platform.
• "Account" — A user's registered personal profile on the xb99 platform.
• "Balance" — The total amount of funds in a user's account that can be deposited and withdrawn.
• "Bonus Funds" — Money granted for promotional purposes, which can be withdrawn subject to meeting specific conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The minimum betting condition that must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

02 Account Registration & Use

The following rules apply when creating an account on xb99:

• Each individual may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date.
• It is the user's responsibility to keep their account login details (username and password) completely confidential.
• An account may not be transferred or lent to any other person.
• If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately.
• xb99 will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from the provision of incorrect information or the concealment of information.

03 Age Verification & Eligibility Requirements

xb99 strictly follows a 21+ age policy. Only individuals aged 21 or above may create an account and use the services on this platform.

• At any stage of registration, xb99 may request a valid identity document to verify age.
• If reliable evidence is found that a minor is using an account, the account in question will be closed immediately and all balances may be forfeited.
• The account holder confirms that they are not a resident of any region where online gaming is completely prohibited.

04 Financial Transactions — Deposits & Withdrawals

xb99 offers deposit and withdrawal services through bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The following conditions apply to financial transactions:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (the same across all methods).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• After a successful request, withdrawals are generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• The mobile number used for withdrawal must match the number registered on the account.
• In the case of suspicious transactions, xb99 may require additional verification, which may cause a delay in the withdrawal process.
• xb99 reserves the right to suspend any transaction if fraud or cheating is suspected.
• Rocket is the mobile banking service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

05 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

xb99's bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms. Our current welcome bonus is a 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.

• For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500.
• For example: depositing ৳28,000 means the bonus is capped at ৳20,000, making the total balance ৳48,000.
• Wagering requirement: you must wager 10 times the bonus amount (on the bonus funds only, not the total balance).
• For example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = you must place ৳15,000 in bets before withdrawing bonus winnings.
• Withdrawals from bonus funds will not be permitted until the wagering requirement has been met.
• If an attempt is made to take advantage of bonuses through multiple accounts, all associated accounts will be closed.
• xb99 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

06 Betting & Gaming Policy

The following policies must be followed when using all gaming and betting services provided on xb99:

• Once any bet has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If the outcome of a bet is affected by a technical error or system disruption, xb99 reserves the right to void that bet and return the staked amount.
• Game outcomes are determined by third-party software and a Random Number Generator (RNG); xb99 does not intervene in results.
• For sports betting including cricket and football, bets will be settled only after the official result has been announced.
• Any attempt to exploit a technical error in a game to secure a win will result in that win being declared void.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the xb99 platform. Violation of these rules may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Cheating, fraud, or exploitation of platform vulnerabilities.
• Using bots, automated software, or scripts for gaming or betting.
• Money laundering or transacting through an account with illegal funds.
• Attempting to access another person's account using their credentials.
• Taking advantage of bonuses through multiple accounts ("bonus abuse").
• Exploiting a technical error on the platform and failing to report it.
• Harassing, threatening, or behaving inappropriately toward other users.

08 Account Suspension & Closure Policy

xb99 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• If any clause of these Terms is violated.
• If the identity or information provided is found to be false.
• If age verification fails or a minor is suspected.
• To facilitate an investigation into suspicious financial transactions.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

The return of any valid balance at the time of account closure (excluding bonus funds and where no violation has occurred) will be at xb99's discretion. A decision will be made based on the reason for closure and the circumstances.

09 Privacy & Data Protection

• All financial and personal data is protected by SSL encryption.
• User data is not sold to third parties.
• Information may be provided to authorities where required to meet legal obligations.
• Users may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their own data.

10 Limitation of Liability

While xb99 strives to maintain the highest standard of service, it accepts no liability in the following circumstances:

• Any loss caused by internet disconnection or failure of a third-party system.
• Unauthorised access to an account due to the user's own negligence.
• Temporary service disruption due to unexpected technical issues.
• Financial loss arising from gaming — gaming can carry risk and the user assumes that risk themselves.
• Natural disasters, cyber attacks, or any other uncontrollable causes.

xb99's maximum liability will in no case exceed the actual financial loss of the user. xb99 accepts no responsibility for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

11 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute or complaint, xb99 follows the process below:

• The support team will review your complaint and endeavour to provide a resolution as quickly as possible.
• For complex disputes, additional time may be required for senior management review.
• For disputes relating to bet outcomes, game provider logs and server records will be considered the final evidence.
• xb99's decision will be considered final and binding, unless the user wishes to pursue the appropriate legal channels.

12 Changes & Updates to Terms

xb99 reserves the right to amend, update, or change these terms and conditions at any time.

• For significant changes, users will be notified in advance where possible.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered as the user's acceptance of the new terms.

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable for legal reasons, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect. This agreement between xb99 and the user is binding on both parties.
